Product Description
PCH series ring-hammer coal crusher is the new-type coal-crushing equipment developed by our works and Nanjing Cement Design & Research Institute through referring to the foreign information. This machine has the advantages of energy saving, size guarantee, high productivity, low noise, less dust, etc. And has been well received by users.
PCH series ring-hammer crusher is mostly suitable to crush various brittle materials, e. G. Coal, gangue, coke, slag, shale, loose limestone. The compressive strength of materials does not exceed 1000kgf/cm2 and the moisture content on the surface is not higher than 15%.
This machine is a kind of impact rotor type crusher with ring hammers. After entering the crusher, the materials are impacted by the ring hammers rotating with rotor at high speed and crushed. Meanwhile, the crushed materials obtain energy from ring hammers and rush at the crushing plate at high speed, thus receiving the second crushing. Then, materials fall on the screen and are further crushed by the shearing, pressing and grinding of ring hammers and the interaction force between materials. Finally, materials are discharged through the screen holes. The impurities which cannot be discharged enter the metal collector and then are cleared away periodically.
The adjustment of particle size of finished products is realized by changing screens of different specification. The gap between rotor and screen can be adjusted by the adjusting mechanism according to the requirement.
