Product Description
-Computer controls the Sealing and Cutting Part. PLC controls the Automatic Punching Machine. PLC is connected with Computer of Sealing and Cutting part.
-Stepper, as standard attachment, makes it easy to adjust the bag length and production speed.
-HF inverter, easy operation, controls main motor.
-Equipped with Counter to show the ready bags and automatically stop when set quantity is reached.
-Possible to process four lines of film at the same time and the maximum width of each line is 400mm
-Equipped with single photocell to catch the printing mark correctly. If making printed t-shirt bag, it can make one line at the same time.
-Equipped with static-remover bar
-Equipped with hot pin to stack the bags in block before punched.
-Regarding Feeding Part
1. Feeding Part equipped with DC motors and photoelectrical switchs to feed the film.
2. The tension of the film is controlled by use of magnetic powder brake and cluth in unwinding unit
3. Four stations on the unwinding unit to put four film roll.
-Used for both t-shirt bag and bottom-welded&tom-open bag.
