Product Description

This machine has a structure of bridge, so called bridge cutting machine, it cuts stones with transmission and transducer. It can move alone the lubricated leading orbit to reduce the abrasion and thus to ensure a life long usage. The specially desighed structure make this machine with a characteristic of high stability and high automatic, it is special designed for the processing of stone shoter than 200mm. There is a stroke limit equipment, after one cutting motion, the machine head plate touch it and the the machine head lift automatically. This means it can prolong the usage life of the reamer, because there would be great abrasion if the reamer retreat inside the board other than lift back with no abrasion for begin another cutting motion. And there is the transducer to control the speed, when cutting, it can lower down according to the material's hardness, when retreating, the speed is faster, to reduce the prepare time. The advantage of this machine is high precision as the infrared bridge cutter, but very economical for its lower price.
