Product Description

This machine is the essential equipment for every stone processing company, it is specially designed for the cutting and processing of marble and granite. The main components of Type ZLBS-600 bridge cutting machine (PLC control system and transducer) are provided by the renowned company MITSUBISHI HEAVY INDUSTRIES and adopts the laser marking lining instrument that supplied by German company to insure the cutting precision and the linearity guiding rail to improve the stability of the equipments and its usage life. The workbench can circumrotate by 0 to 360 degree automatically and the processing board can overturn by 0 to 85 degree. The saw blade frame can overturn 0 to 45 degree around the crossbeam, so it is convenient for the reverse of the processing board. The control system and hydaulic system is fixed inside the base, the up and down motion of the machine head and the rotate motion of the workbench are controlled by the hydraulic power.
