Purpose: Apply for decorative board for walls partition, ceilings and so on. For internal and external Walls, in hotel, restaurant, factory shopping Malls, cinema, theatre, hospital, train or bus terminal, airport, school constructions.

Property: Fireproofing, fire retardance, fire resistance with characteristics of thermal and sound insulation, moisture resistance, high mechanical strength, capability of being machined, nailed and sawn, being affixed to other poly board or Decorative paper, etc.

Material: Magnesia (Mangesium oxide MgO), magnesium chloride (MgCl2), medium alkali glass fiber cloth, nonwoven cloth, screened wood dust/flour, perlite powder, others (non asbestos).

Technology: Machine rollering, moulding, laminating, preservation, halogenation, rinse, drying, affixing with poly board(wall paper) (if required by client), fixing length and width, chamfering (if required by client), packing.

Specification: Length: Available according to customer's request, Width: No more than 1300mm

Thickness: 60mm (A60), 80mm (A80), 90mm (A90), 100mm (A100), 120mm (A120)

Construction craftwork

1. Fixing of wall is upright install. The top and the roof join togetheruse connector of L type, the undersurface and the ground join together (use connector of U type), two wall board join together (use connector of H type ) In the middle, there is one connector between 500mm.

2. When the wall is fixed already, next to deal with the upright slot of the wall board, pls refer to the following for this disposal.

1) Use plaster to embed the slot for twice. In the first time, after embed, to planish with sand paper, and then embed for the second time.

2) After the plaster is dry, brush the pastern, and then paste non woven fabric, brush pastern twice after dry.

3) Scrape Putty.

3. Disposal of metope

Can stick wallpaper directly, also can scrape putty, paint after flating the wall.
