1. Materials

MgO, MgCl2, non woven fabric, XPS and others.

2. Characteristics

Light and bump-resistance, heat preservation and insulation, sound insulation and waterproof, increasing the use of area, lower cost, install quickly, environmental Protection, etc.

It can be used in Internal and external walls partition, especially for internal walls partition, etc.

Width: Within 1300mm
Length: According to the requirement of customers
Thickness: 60mm (A60), 80mm (A80), 90mm (A90), 100mm (A100), 120mm (A120)
Other specifications are also available according to customer's request

Thickness of XPS: 44mm, 64mm, 70mm, 80mm, 100mm

5. Construction craftwork

1. Fixing of wall is upright install. The top and the roof join togetheruse connector of L type, the undersurface and the ground join together (use connector of U type), two wall board join together (use connector of H type ) In the middle, there is one connector between 500mm.

2. When the wall is fixed already, next to deal with the upright slot of the wall board, pls refer to the following for this disposal.

1. ) Use plaster to embed the slot for twice. In the first time, after embed, to planish with sand paper, and then embed for the second time.

2. ) After the plaster is dry, brush the pastern, and then paste non woven fabric, brush pastern twice after dry.

3. ) Scrape Putty.

3. Disposal of metope

Can stick wallpaper directly, also can scrape putty, paint after flating the wall.
