PE/PP Dehydrator (Desiccant) SPB01

Introduction:
PE Dehydrator has been researched and developed specially for the moisture problem. It can absorb the moisture in PE resin greatly without bringing quality down. We invented this technology earlier than anybody else in China. It is widely used in the recycled PE/PP resin, the moisturized brand-new PE/PP resin and the processing of biodegradable resin/master batch. The cost can be reduced; The productivity can be raised accordingly.

Form: Pellet, Size of powder: 1.5¦Ìm
Melt tempreture(): 130-150degree, Melt flow index(g/min): 3.0-5.0
Heat Stability(): 200degree, Apperence: Gray granule
Density(g/cm3): 1.6-1.75, Adding ratio: 3-5%
Carrier resin: LLDPE, Resin suitability: PE/PP
Main application: Middle-end PE blowing film, and PP injection, sheet, pipe.
Healty and Safety: Conform with 200295EC heavy metal content

Features:
A) Water Absorbability: Can absorb wet contents as much as: PE Dehydrator's weight x20%.
B) Processing Requirements: Ordinary equipments and conditions.
C) Ideal Additive: No toxin, regular granule, easy to mixture.

Remarks:
A) Very Important: Immediately heat-seal inner polybags after unpacking; After PE pellets are mixed with "ONG1350", start with massive production as soon as possible.
B) Storage and Packing: Outer package is craft paper bag, inner package is polybag; Net weight is 25-kg, keep in dry, cool, clean place with good ventilation, protect from sunlight, rain and do not damage the package.
