This line uses recycling PET flakes or virgin chips to produce the polyester staple fiber, it is a flexible production line which can produce solid polyester staple fiber (PSF) and 3-dimensional hollow conjugated fiber (HCF) (including dope dyed fiber, the specification is from 1.5D to 20D. The capacity can be 15 tons/day, 30 tons/day and 50 tons/day.

Main technical parameter:
1. Application: Can be used for polyester fiber, polypropylene(PP) fiber and nylon fiber production.
2. Fiber specification: 1.5D----20D.
3. Spinning speed: 600---1, 200M/min.
4. Fiber length: 32.8---301.6mm

Regarding our machinery, We have a machinery plant which professionally produce all kinds PSF line, PET waste bottle recycling line (PET flakes washing line), PET extruder, ect. Also we had exported three PSF lines to Europe and one line to Latin America last several years.

In fact, In China there are several PSF line manufacturers, but most of them only have the experiences on machinery, but without any experiences on Polyester fiber production. But our factory has produced the fibers for nearly 10 years, most of our fiber exported to European market for yarn spinning and nonwovens, we had been won a high reputation by our brand "Changlong" in Europe, we even established one fiber line in Vietnam last year specially for our European market. So we have all these very necessary and important points.
