Feature:
1.Film tension can be controlled automatically to get better lay-flat and reduce the product shrinkage.
2.Roll-core change is done automatically to reduce labor-cost.
3.The winding core is stable while winding to prevent from wrinkle and to ger straight edged roll.
4.Unloading automatically and no need to move it.
5.The length is set down and web/film is cut automatically.
6.The operator-friendly PLC control system is easy to operate by either manual or automatic.

Special device:
7.The winding machinery are completely equipped electrically.Upon request, machinery can be provided with micro processor technique and screen or prepared for the connection to a center computer system.
8.Pressure winding is used for super transparent film and transparent film and other similar products and it makes products winded perfectly without air.
9.Winding pressure is set by program and the advantages are to maintain the quality while without lossing materials.
