Product Description

Wzb sf-1 is a kind of thin wrapped bearing made of tripple layer composites material which consists of a steel backing a sintered bronze particles interlayer and calendered with PTFE and pb mixture as surface layer. This is of low friction coefficient, antiwear, anti-corrosion and can be used without oil, or only a trace of oil is needed. Moreover, it is lowcost, low vibration and low voice, compact and light, and can form a transfer film of PTFE which protects the mating surfacefrom scorring.

Wzb-1 is widely applied in various sliding articles of different kind of machines, such as printting machine, textile machines, tobacco machines, gymnastic machines, hydraulic vehicles, automobiles, motorcycles, agriculture and forests machines and so on.
