Product Description

SA series high alcohol resistance hard plastic screen printing ink
Substrate: ABS plastic, acrylic, PS, PC and hard PVC

Character:
Glossy, excellent leveling, colorful and fine image.

Operation
1. Mesh: 150-350 mesh count
2. Squeegee: 65-90, solvent resistance squeegee.
3. Printing:
3. 1Mix the ink with 10-20% solvent before continuum printing; It is better to clean the mesh with mesh clean retarder for indirect printing.
3. 2Solvent: It is better to use medium dry and slow dry solvent for small area printing.

Dry
Evaporation: Surface dry needs 15-20 minutes. Complete dry needs at least 3 hours (Drying time depends on weather and printing environment)

Adhesion test
High alcohol resistance, good abrasion resistance and solvent resistance.

Environment
No benzene, low smell.
The contain of heavy metal is under the standard of:
Europe EN-71PART3 standard.
Japan STMA-RT3 standard.
American ASTM-F963-96A standard.

Caution:
1. When using SA series of ink, please use special thinner. If solvent contains benzene and copper, it will burn the surface.
2. Please test the ink before printing, because PS material has worse solvent resistance and the surface tension is different. Sometimes use this series ink will lead to surface burnt.
