Syclon SKL-12/18N freeze dryer is a cost effective and high performance vertical lab scale freeze dryers. -55C or -80C condenser lowest temperature.

Microprocessor controls.

For water based samples, the -55C condenser is the perfect choice with effective cost. For samples containing solvents or with low eutectic points, the -80 C condenser provides maximum performance.
For labs that need quick turn-around, Heating element to defrost available.

1. Transparent Acrylic Drum chamber with rack and 4xΦ 200mm trays.
The trays liquid load 1.8L / 2.7L.
Drying area: 0.18 / 0.27 square meter.

2. Acrylic Drum with Multi-manifolds: 8-Port Acrylic Drum Manifold. Transparent drum acrylic chamber make it clear to watch the process of drying. Manifold sealing gaskets are also supplied with this accessory.
The trays liquid load 1.8L / 2.7L.
Drying area: 0.18/ 0.27 square meter.

3. Top-stoper down type: Vial Stoppering Shelf: Samples in vials can be processed and stoppered under vacuum. The unit has movable ss 3x Φ 180/200mm shelves inside acrylic vacuum chamber.
The trays liquid load 0.9L / 1.2L; Drying area: 0.09 / 0.12 square meter.

4. 8 - Port Acrylic Drum Manifold&Vial Stoppering Shelf: The unit has movable ss 3x Φ 180 / 200 mm shelves inside acrylic vacuum chamber.
The trays liquid load 0.9L / 1.2L; Drying area: 0.09/ 0.12 square meter

5. (24 or more ports) 24-Port Column Manifold T type is useful for drying of small volume of liquids in flasks/Ampoules. It is provided with quick seal valves for holding flasks up to 1 litre capacity. Manifold sealing gaskets and cone connectors are also supplied with this accessory.
