Product Description
Die-casting is the method used for forcing molten metal into mold cavities under high pressure. Die casting is very versatile and hence, is the widest used method for casting a metal. It's similar to permanent mold casting except that the metal is injected into the mold under high pressure. This results in a more uniform part, generally good surface finish and good dimensional accuracy, die casting can also provide you high efficient production, and most importantly is low unite price.
The applied area of our products involved in power tools, motor, lawn mower, transportation, construction, auto, home appliance, instruction etc.
We have 11 sets aluminum injection machines and 10 sets CNC machines, 7 sets general lathes. 1 set three-dimensional measuring apparatus to guarantee your further accurate dimension requirements.
Further machining work: Turning and cutting, milling, grinding, drilling and reaming and threading;
Surface finish process: Polishing shot blasting, chrome plating, powder coated and anodizing.
