Product Description

The machine is developed based on DM-1-2 die bonding sealant dipenser, special to the continuous dispenser in dispensing small die bonding, less lines, high efficiency and precision. The machine which is suitable for the demand of continuous dispensing in large amount has the advantages with large worktable area, evenly dispensing in four plates, controlling epoxy by pulse.
