PCB assembly, convection oven controller, PCBA, control board, PCB & PCBA
Display: Multi display for your choice. LED, two-segment digital tube, four-segment digital tube, VFD screen, digital LED color screen, LCD with background light.
Operation: Multi operation for your choice. Tact switch, sensor switch, touch switch and potentiometer etc.
Functions:
1. Convection Fan control: 220V shade-pole motor and 12V DC blower are optional;
2. Infrared heating: Multi-power adjustable (be revisable as your request);
3. Timing power off: Normal 1-99 minutes (be revisable as your request);
4. Transformer and SMPS;
5. Power on indication: Indicator flashes when power on;
Protection:
1. When heating is stopped, the oven controls delay working time of blower according to the inside temperature;
2. Two temperature sensor design, when sensors tests the temperature comes up the setting point, the oven reduce the power to the lower next. When the temperature rises to the protection point, oven stops heating.
3. Overheating indicate: Overheating indicator flashes when heating is stopped;
4. Over currency and overvoltage protection.
