Our Metal Dome Lines including Four Basic types (according to its' shape), namely

1) Circle/Round Series

2) Cross/ 4-Legs Series

3) Triangle Series

4) Oblong Series

Our metals domes & Metal snap domes have a service lives of at least one millions cycles (e. G: Cross/4-legged series), Its diameter range from 3mm to 20mm and precision can achieve within ± 0. 03mm; Its force range from 100gg to 2000gf, Tolerance can control within +/- 250g (+/- 15g for internal QC), Many different shapes and actuation forces cans meets buyers` specific needs.

We import the material SUS 301/304 or SSTL from Japan, which enforce the quality of metal dome. At present, we can have metal domes in Single or Double Au(Gold), or Ni (Nickel) finishing. The plating layer can reduce the contact resistance of metal dome, so it can be used in these presion electronics which require more small contact resistance. At the same time, the layer give a strong protect of metal dome from enrust, salt, etc.
