Holographic Hot stamping foil for fabrics
Holographic color hot stamping foil for fabrics, applied into the foil-printing process for fabrics embleshiments.
With the high luster and stable sizing property, it's been used as the excellent heat transfer material foil for the foil-printing process for the fabrics and textiles.
Specification: 12micron*60inch*3000m/Roll, as normal size
Packing: 3000meter per roll, 1Roll into 1Carton; Inner with 3inch paper core, outer wrapped with the EPE foam film and then packed by the corrugated carton.
Colors: Now the colors available is in silver, gold -plain color, matte color, pearlised color and holographic style.
Storage suggestion: Place in the place ventilated, and keep the foil roll away from the mositure, heat and sun-ray
Application recommends:
1)Choose the foil according to the different substrate fabrics;
2)Make the right match of the foil and printing methods, esp the glue, temperature and working speed;
3)Printing temperature 110 Celsius degrees
4)Before the bulky productionm, the testing is recommended.
