Product Description

1. QS Horizontal Disk-Type Jet Mill is applicable for dry and brittle materials to be ultrafine pulverized. It is easy to obtain particles of micron meter grade or hypomicron meter grade. Uniform size distribution.

2. Obtain high-putity products by the action of autogenous between powders.

3. It is applicable for hard material under hardness 8 grade and sticky material to be pulverized. Because the liner could be replaced by different materials.

4. It is also applicable for pulverizing of the powder materials with thermal sensitivity and lower melting point because the temperature fell with the adiabatic expansion of the compressed-air.

5. No dust leakage and fly up because the container and pipes are sealed up.

6. Noise below 70 dB. No uibration.

7. Small volume and easy to strip and clean.
