1) introduction
EL is called cold light source because there is no heat generated in using. It is a kind of physical phenomenon that applies electricity to emitting cold light. As an AC voltage is applied to the electrodes, the electric field causes the phosphor (Zns) to rapidly charge and discharge, resulting in the emission of light during each cycle. English name Electro Luminescent (EL for short).

EL is as thin as paper, the second layer is inorganic material, the first and third layer are two electronic-poles. 

2) working conditions
EL sheet’s standard condition of using and testing is AC110V 400Hz, from which condition the level of lightness, working time, chroma of flashing color are given.

3) EL tips for setting
1.Normally it can be bended at any angle except 180 degree. But bended too much, it may can’t work well for some rupture of some layer of it.
2.EL can be made into any complanate needed shape, but no change can be made when it was made. EL can flare at will, brightness is adjustable
3.The usual material of the pole is FPC or metal sheet of PIN. When jointing, the metal sheet PIN use shape made by model for good, and the temperature should not be beyond 320 degree centigrade, can’t last for 2 seconds, not pull before cooled,shake PIN pole.
4.When make El, the environment should be dry, good for aeration. The lifetime and function can be effected much by ultraviolet radiation and the rain.
