Mini pu erh tou tea is about the same grade as the loose leaf variety, but in addition, it is packaged in the oldest known single serving of tea. These small 'bird's nests'are the right amount for a small, Yixing pot or a full English size teapot. Use full boiling water with one Tuocha and let steep 4-10 minutes to allow the nest to gently break apart. Can be steeped 2-3 times.
