Composite Tungsten Electrodes:
1. Applications: Used for arc welding, plasma welding, cutting, spraying and smelting electrodes under the protection of inert gases.
2. The property: High melting point, Arc Stability, no self wear and tear.
3. Executive standard: National standard IS06848 and American standard AWSA5.12.
4. Specifications and tolerance:
Diameter: Φ0.1~15mm
Diameter tolerance: ≤ Φ2.5smm 0.05mm
>Φ2.5mm 0.1mm
Length tolerance: Lmm
5. Flatness: ≤ 0.5% of the length
6. Surface quality: Glabrous, clean, no default(fissure, spalling), no oil fouling and other impurity.
7. Electrodes fracture surfaces are clean, in order, no burrs, and no inner defects on the fracture surface(such as no loose, no impurity)
