Product Description

FHG-8819 Black PTFE Braided Packing: Types of application and operating data similar to item No. 6230. Can be used uncooled with hot water up to 140. Suitable up to max. 10 m/s and max. 16 bar. Extremely low coefficient of friction. No slip-stick effect. High cross sectional stability.

Design: PTFE filament yarn with permanently added PTFE graphite dispersion. The specially developed silicon-oil-free substance has excellent sliding characteristics and is incorporated in the packing by a special process.

Specs: 3*3 - 60*60mm
FHG-8818 Sintered PTFE Braided Packing: Universal PTFE packing, a preferred choice of the chemical industry and industry in general for valves (including high pressure duty), plunger pumps, agitators, mixers, kneaders, filters, etc. Up to approx 2m/s in dry-running mode.

Approvals: BAM certificate for gaseous oxygen up to 150 and 40 bar, >150 to 200and 30bar.

Design: Sintered, highly stretched PTFE multifilament yarns with intensive PTFE impregnation. Good resistance to compression and to extrusion, high structural strength and cross-sectional density.

Specs: 3*3 - 60*60mm
FHD-8824 Black PTFE Braided Packing with Aramid Reinforcement: For centrifugal pumps operating at high pressures and sliding velocities with abrasive media. Design: A high-quality combination consisting of graphite-incorporated PTFE with sliding surface reinforcement made of aramide endless fibres (Kevlar). Good sliding properties and thermal conductivity.
