We offer Plastic mould steel(P20+Ni/DIN1.2738/3Cr2NiMnMo), Used for various large-sized mirro plastic mould. Precision plastic mould

Feature:
Grade: Plastic mould steel/flat bar(P20+Ni/DIN1.2738/3Cr2NiMnMo)

1) Delivery condition: Hot rolled&forging, EAF&ESR, black surface, Hardened, Hardness=28-35HRC, Annealing, hardenss: HBS≤ 235.

2) Chemicialcomposition: C=0.32~0.4, Si=0.2~0.8, Mn=1.0~1.5, P≤ 0.03, S≤ 0.03
Cr=1.7~2.0, Mo=0.25~0.4, Ni=0.85~1.15

3) Specification: Thickness: 20/25/30/35...400mm; Width: 205/210/215...2000mm, Length: 2000~5800mm. Or customer requested.

4) Used for various large-sized mirro plastic mould. Precision plastic mould, like, cars accessies, home appliances, electronic equipment plastic mould.

5) Payment term: Prepay 30% deposit. The blance against L/C at sight or T/T
