1) Chemical composition:
2)Chemicialcomposition: C=0.1~0.15, Si=0.15~1.0, Mn=1.0~2.0, Ni=2.5~3.5 Cu=0.7~1.5, Mo=0.1~0.4,
2) Compareable steel: NAK80(Japan JIS), 1 Ni3Mn2CuAlMo (China GB)
3) Delivery condition: Hot rolled or forging, EAF or ESR material, black or machined surface,
Hardened hardness: HRC=37~43

4) Specification:
Thickness: 20/25/30/35380/385/390/395/400MM or according to customer requested.
Width: 185/225/250/255/2601800/2000MM or according to customer requested.
Length: 2000~5800MM or according to customer requested.
5) Material characeter: Low alloy seperate out induration steel; Good mechanical property after heat-treatment; High quenching; Simple, small distortion and nice mirror process under heat-treatment; Good nitrogenated capacity, electronic capacity, welding capacity; Strong good flower pattern capacity and so on.
6) Application: Used for high precision mirror plastic mould; High apperance home electronic plastic mould
7)payment term: Prepay 30% deposit and the balence against LC at sight or TT.
