H13/DIN1.2344 hot work mould steel feature:

1)Comparable steel: H13(USA, ASTM); DHA1(Datong, Japan); 4Cr5MoSiV1(China); 1.2344(Germany DIN); SKD(Japan, JIS)

2) Chemical composition:
C=0.30~0.45, Si=0.80~1.20, Mn= 0.20~0.40, Cr=4.75~5.50, Mo=1.10~1.75, P=0.80~1.20
3) Delivery condition: EAF or ESR; Hot rolled or forging; Black, machined surface; Anneling, Hardness: HBS≤ 229

4) Specification: Round bar: Thickness: 60~350mm, Length: 2500~4000mm.
Flat bar: Thickness: 20~300mm, Width: Under the size of 205~2200mm,
Length: 2500~4000mm.

5)Material character: Under upper hot initensity and rigidity; Under middle temperature, have good tenacity, hot tirdness nature and definite wearable; Empty quenching under lower Ao shi ti temperature condition. Small distortion after heat-treatment and so on.

6)Application: Used for making hot squeezing mould, forging mould, embedded lump, like: Alloy, cooper and other alloy and other alloy casting mould

7)Ultrasonic test standdards: GB/T6402-1991, CLASS 1

8)Payment: Prepay30% deposit, T/T or L/C at sight.
