The permanent electromagnetic chuck are the Revolutionary proposal of TECNOMAGNETE For all machining operations on milling machinery And Machining centres. They get easily installed on Any type of machine, they dont overheat and Being insensitive to any possible electrical Break-down, they are intrinsically safe. The electropermanent Patented technology used requires the electrical feeding only for few seconds to energize and deenergize the magnetic field, then the connection can be removed while the chuck will keep the workpiece safely clamped, The workpiece is totally free for the full machining on 5 faces in a single set-up. The absence of machinging vibrations allows permanent electromagnetic chuck to grant high accuracy, to increase the life of the tools and the machine itself. Largest workpieces can be fitted on the machine table thus exploiting at the best all the machine capacities.

The original patented self-shimming system, composed of some mobile pole extensions, make it possible to drastically reduce the set-up times even with workpieces having warped surface.
