Application:This sintered smco multipolar ring magnet parts are the high-tech excellent products, they are commonly used with permanent magnet dc motor, permanentmagnet 3 phase ac synchronous servo motors etc...The motor has to use the tile magnet parts before invention of our product.The advantages of our newly-developed sintered smco multipolar ring magnet parts are as follow:
1) the cubage is much smaller than that of tile magnet parts.
2) the max working temperature can be enhanceded up to 250 degree.
3) they can be a right substitute for bonded ring magnet parts with much higher bh (max) and lower cost.
4) they are, therefore, bound to help greatly enhance the power of permanent magnet 3 phase ac synchronous servo motors/dc motors.We are sure the parts will be a revolution of permanent magnet dc/ac motors.As you see, we have got the patent for them, so far we are the only manufacturer in china.Although the similar magnet parts are available in japan, the price is extremely high.The quality of our sintered smco multipolar ring magnet parts is as good as those of japan, and the cost is only one third of japanese ones because of our unique processing.
