Product Description

This machine is special designed for welding H-shaped finned tube as high efficient energy-saving heat exchanging elements for boilers, pet.

The line is of PLC control, touch screen setting, manually loading steel tube/pipe and manually unloading finned tube /pipe, automatic feeding fins for welding, simple and reliable operation.

Main technical data:

1) Welding power: 3 x 160KVA

2) Welding speed: Each pair of fins will take less than 3 seconds (excluding loading/unloading and anealing time)

3) Welding intensity:
A. Pull-off force test: More than 200MPa, or steel pipe torn
B. Width of welding seam: More than fin thickness, e. G., deposition rate > 100%
C. Welding seam bent-resistance test: No crack when fin bent 20 degree left or right
D. Hammering test: When fin breaks off from tube by hammering, fin itself can't be broken

4) Capacity of the welding line
A. Equipped with frocks and clamps for both double-pipe and single-pipe welding
B. Length of fin tube: 1-14m
C. Fin thickness: 2~3mm
D. Diameter of steel pipe: 19~56mm
E. Suitable material: Carbon steel, stainless steel, steel alloy, both for fin and pipe

5) Precision:
A. Length tolerance of fin welded: +/-1mm
B. Pitch tolerance: +/-0.5mm
C. Verticality between fin and pipe: +/-1 degree
D. Parallelism between fins in same unit: +/-0.5mm
E. Fin height tolerance in same unit: +/-0.2mm (except for the fin height tolerance itself)
F. For double-pipe welding, space tolerance between two pipes: +/-0.5mm
