Product Description
CX-T20 pass-through grinding machine is suitable to grind the surface of ferrite parts. Continuous loading and continuous grinding make this machine efficient for large scale manufacture.
The major wheelhead is arranged vertically and workpieces are grinded by the end surface of grinding wheel. Spindle of grinding wheel is assembled in the spindle box. Movement of spindle box gives the feeding of workpiece to the grinding wheel. This adjustment determines the dimension of workpiece.
The grinding box can be driven by handwheel and the position of spindle is shown by dial indicator with minimal value of 0. 01mm.
Workpieces is located on the driving belt and transported by reduction motor through chain wheel. AC frequency conversion speed regulator is used in the electrical system so that the speed of driving belt can be adjusted steplessly.
