CX-T21 pass-through grinding machine has a surface grinding wheel and an airgap grinding wheel on the machine and is suitable to grind the surface and airgap of ferrite cores. Continuous loading and continuous grinding make this machine efficient for large scale manufacture.

CX-T21 is redesigned model based on CX-T10 with the following features:
1. The redesigned spindle box has enhanced rigidity and more stable grinding. It is also easier to change grinding belt and adjust the dimension of workpieces.
2. Surface grinding wheel are adjusted from two directions, which increases the precision of grinding and improve the function of surface grinding wheel.
3. The spindle of grinding wheel has a new structure that connection between the spindle of grinding wheel and the spindle of motor is through a shaft coupling. This can avoid the wearing of the spindles and also lowers the noise dramatically.
4. Speed of grinding wheel can be change based on the request of various grinding models.
5. Vertical movement of wheelhead is controlled manually and the position of grinding wheel is shown by dial indicator. This leads to a better adjustment of the dimension of workpieces.
6. Driving wheel of belt is enlarged to increase the driving power of the belt.
7. Airgap wheelhead has the function of swing radically, which enhances the life time of airgap grinding wheel.
8. Machine has good reliability and easy maintenance.
