Now as traditional multimedia products (Tape player, CD machine, LP player) are being/have been washed out and faded out from the market, market of digital music product is rising, it is urgently needing a kind of digital technology which is used for traditional multimedia product to fill in this blank. Under this condition, our NEL started to develop this mini audio box in 2008 and release to the market in 2009.

2. Applying people:
Due to its small size, its can be widely used for students, old people, worker at home or in room. According to the standard of automobile quality, it has been passed strict shock and drop test. It also is the same with motorbike, bike and cars.

4. Characteristics
1) 2.5x6inch, Mini size in order to be convenient assembled in more place.
2) In order to reach HIFI sound effect, on the way of circuit design, electronic component selection and adjustment of audio box acoustics, we all request to strive to be perfect.
First by way of outputting smooth sound in range of full frequency, we specially made big alnico, long stroke, aluminum alloy bracket, waterproof loudspeaker of big sound loop.
3) For ensuring the sound is smooth and not less than 3dB in 20Hz_20K Hz, body of audio box was pre-adjusted okay by LMS software in non-sound room, can match well with loudspeaker parameter.

4) Regarding MP3 decoding, for reaching HIFI, it needs use import CMOS chip to decode, this can reach adoption 48 KHz and 320K Bps decoding steam.
There are 5 types of EQ sound effect, can be selected by controller.
5) U disk and SD card are well supported and it can read almost all brands, but some card-reader in the market only can read itself brand.
6) Support IR remote.
7) For section of power magnification, for use 12V power supply on automobile, specially choose CMOS amplifier chip of automobile. It is vey well in electromagnetism sharing and all kinds of protection.
8) Over temperature protection, over current protection, circuit shot protection.

9) Due to low voltage of power supply, especially select BTL connection method, this can increase output power of 4 times. Cancel output capacitance is for having good characteristic at low frequency. It can provide strong current at very low impedance. At selection of resistance and capacitance, we chose tied audio capacitance with low creepage.
10) At power wave filter, it uses pond capacitance of big capacity to ensure not to be exhausted at big dynamic output.
11) Due to it is digital and simulation mixture circuit, it adopts GND splitting for digit and simulation. It uses independent LDO to supply power to digital portion, so there is no disgusting sound in it.
