2) 6N tellurium, purity: ¡Ý 99. 9999%. Total impurity: ¡Ü1ppm.
3) 7N tellurium, purity: ¡Ý 99. 99999%. Total impurity: ¡Ü0. 1ppm.
Usage: It is mainly used for the manufacture of II-VI compound semiconductor, thermoelectric converting element, refrigerating element, piezocrystal and infrared detector etc.
Quantity: Each year, we can produce 20MT.
Packing: It is packed with dacron film, then, covered with a sealed plastic film bag or vacuum sealed in a glass ampule.
Payment: By T/T or L/C at sight.
Delivery time: We can effect shipment within one month after received your L/C at sight.
