Product Description

Cylinders throwing on twice to complete a perfect printing. On both sides the sheets pressed through impression cylinder and blanket cylinder to complete a perfect printing. The machine adjusted facility and the net point is firm.
Air-operated form inkers on/off against the plate, uses facility.

Special plate cylinder's frame made the low ink- pileup and the second plate low fray.

Special impression cylinder's frame made the low lay edge, against the ghost image availably.

Tow plate cylinders are remotely adjustable on the run for better lateral and circumfer entail register.

Cam on the machine are designed by the computer optimization and manufactured by the numerical machining. With reasonable cam profile.
High machining accuracy, stable running of the mechanism and low noise.
All gears' material of the cylinder is alloy steel, the work surface of the gear product with high frequency quench. There are the point fixing, timing, quantitative, automatic centralized lubrication system set up on the press.
