Product Description

This press design is unitized construction.
The press operation is controlled by PLC (Programmable Logical Controller) technology with sheet monitoring and sequenced impression on-off.
The speed control of the water pan roller in the Alcohol Dampeners is done by a variable speed electric motor.

Many press features can be set and controlled through the Touch Screen Panel, such as press speed, motorized register, pile height, dampening (displayed in percentage), ink quantities (displayed in percentage), run lengths. In the case of a malfunction, the faults are displayed on the Touch Screen.
The impression cylinder and transfer drum are each double diameter.
The plate cylinder is equipped with a quick-action plate clamping system and motorized register device for fast clamping, tightening, in additional to diagonal plate skewing whilst on the cylinder body.

The feeder head is equipped with a patented suction head valve that automatically cleans the paper lint and dust.

The blanket cylinder is used an eccentric bushing to allow for the radial clearance.

The ink form rollers and water form rollers are pneumatically actuated.
DC Motors are used on the register controls and the dampening system, ensuring accurate and reliable control.

The newest design of the inking system ensures the uniformity of ink film distribution. The sweep of the ink duct roller is controlled by the motor and displayed in digital.
