NAME No. Applications Primer Varnish DA800 Preliminary coat of varnish for wood furniture, bamboo and rattan products. Surface Varnish (High Gloss) LA801 Surface coating of wood furniture, bamboo and rattan products. Surface Varnish (Matt) YA802 Surface Varnish (Semi-Matt) BA803 Main Component: Polyacrylic Acid Resin. Appearance: White liquid, no float, no coagulation. Features: 1. Single component, no hazardous material waste, no irritating odor. 2. The coated film with excellent fullness, high covering power, non-yellowing, excellent solvent, water resistance and scrubbability. Application Methods:? Brush Coating or Spray Coating.? Application Tools:? Clean wool brush or spray gun. Application Details: 1. Surface should be pre-sanded with 800~1000 grit waterproof abrasive paper and cleaned of any dust, dirt, grease, oil and wax, etc. Make sure the surface is dry and smooth. 2. In case of too high viscosity, add clean water (normally not more than 15% by weight) to adjust coating to proper viscosity, stir and filter the coatings thoroughly, and then set aside for several minutes until no bubbles occur. 3. Normally apply 3 coats of primer with 2 coats of varnish. Allow each coat a minimum of 1-2 hours to level. In case of too low temperature or too high relative humidity, the time has to be extended accordingly. ? (For further details, please refer to Application Manual. ) Theoretical Spreading Rates: 12-18m2/L Dry time: Surface drying time: 15~30 minutes at 25degree, 50% relative humidity. Through drying time: 1~2 hours at 25degree, 50% relative humidity. Extended drying time required in case of lower temperature than 25degree or higher relative humidity than 50%. Curing Time: Full curing occurs in 14~30 days under normal ambient conditions or 6 hours in drying chamber. Shelf Life:? 1 year.
