CNC Cutting Machine
This equipment is used to open, straighten and chipless cut the coil copper pipe
Into set-length straight pipes. It is mainly applied in the areas of air-condition, water heater, airplane, automobile, etc. Features: Servo numerical control, accurate locating, stable feedingHigh degree of automation, convenient adjustmentWith snapping function, pipe end little shrinking.
Specifications:
1) Beeline tolerance: ≤2‰
2) Error of repeat fixing length: L≤1, 000mm≤0.3mm; L≥1, 000mm ≤0.6mm
3) Shrinking rate of pipe-end inner diameter: F < 20%
4) Flatness in each cutting: ≤0.5mm (L=1, 000)
5) Surface: Copper no mark, scratch, compress and copper hole no burr.
6) Pipe non-round rate: ≤3%
7) Pipe-end inner diameter shrinking rate: F < 20% (practical W. Thickness - W. Thickness)/W. Thickness
8) Producing efficiency: 8 times/min (L=1, 000).
