Product Description
1. Flute type: B&C, E&F
2. Twin facer structure, one flute unit working and another pre-heating
3. Operate the switch of clutch to change flute rapidly, and can get kinds of flute type combination within 2 minutes
4. Vacuum suction system provide perfect flute shape
5. Individual driving box separate dynamic oscillating to improve running stability
6. The corrugating roll is made of special alloy steel with grinding process and induction hardened with of hardness HRC55-58; Diameter of the corrugating rolls: Φ 320mm
7. Auto-circulating glue feeding system is provided, motorized glue application amount. Digital read out device is optional.
8. The flute formation is hydraulic controlled, glue application is pneumatic controlled
9. Main bearings are all lubricated with special grease to provide outstanding sealing performance and reliable lubricating
10. PLC control unit is applied, screen display parameter
11. Electromagnetic motor is applied to adjust speed; Convertor controlling motor is optional
12. Maximum speed: 200m/min
