Product Description

The first Giant All-steel Radial OTR Tyre of China 36.00R51 (Overall Diameter: 3230mm, Diameter of Wheel Rim: 1300mm, Wight: 3100kg, Diameter of Body Steel Wire: 4.84mm, which is used for loading 170 tons large-scale mine haulage vehicles) successfully rolled off the production line in HaoHua South China (Guilin) Rubber Co., Ltd. On December 22, 2007. It is the National Science and Technology Support Project. HaoHua South independently researched and developed of it, holds Independent Intellectual Property and a number of Patent Technologies will fill the domestic gap.

A new production line has set in Guilin Tire Factory, a manufacturing unit of HaoHua South, with LCY-G51 FIRST STAGE OTR Tire Building Machine and LCE-G51 SECOND STAGE OTR Tire Building Machine from Guilin Rubber Machinery Factory, BB-370 Internal Mixer from Kobe Steel Ltd, Steel Cord Calender Line from Ishikawajima-Harima Heavy Industries Co., Ltd, and Creel Room from RJS Corporation, Steel Cord Cutting Machine from KARL EUGEN FISCHER GmbH as well as major Test & Inspection Machines.

Now the machines in new production line are adjusting. TORCH 36.00R51 on sale by bulk is scheduled in Oct., 2008 and reached full production by the end of same year.
