With the batching plant adopted, accurately matched raw materials can be send to mixer, thus guarantee the sand, scree, cement ratio of concrete, to meet the requirement of the block, such as weight, intensity etc.

Besides the machinery bought from our company, customer needs to prepare one overloader(loading capacity capacity: About 1.5 m3), one cement silo(loading capacity: About 80 tons), two forklifts(loading capacity: About 3 tons) by himself, then he can produce blocks. The installation, commission and personnel training needs about 5 weeks.

All PLC controlling equipments will be provided by our company.
