Introduction of Simple Production Line

Stage 1. Raw material batching  Manual
-handle trolly (2 sets), Carry sand, scree, cement etc. To mixer

Stage 2. Concrete mixing  Mechanical
-concrete mixer   Prepare concrete for block making machine

Stage 3. Block making  Auto
-concrete belt conveyer Carry concrete to storage hopper
-concrete storage hopper  Store concrete for block making machine
-PX-QT/M block making machine  Produce concrete blocks
-hydraulic station  provide strong oil pressure power for actions of block making machine
-pallet feeder  Provide pallet to block making machine
-block conveyer  Carry fresh blocks&pallet out from block making machine

Stage 4. Block curing  Manual
-wheel trolly  (about 3 sets) Carry blocks&pallet to curing area, then to block storage area

Stage 5. Block cubing  Manual

Stage 6. Pallet returning  Manual

Control System 1 PLC
It control the working condition of concrete belt conveyor, concrete storage hopper, hydraulic station, block making machine, block conveyer, movable stacker, and pallet feeder.

Curing Way Natural Curing I
2 days at curing area, be kept moist by sprinkling with water, then be moved outside to block storage area for at least 25 days before selling

Workers Needed  12
2 for aggregates batching and put aggregates into hoisting hopper of mixer; 1 for mixer, water adding in, concrete discharging; 1 for block making, operating the control cabinet; 4 for moving block&pallets to trollies and bringing them to curing area; 3 for moving cured blocks to blockstorage area, cubing blocks and collecting pallets there; 1 for carrying pallets to block making machine.

Accessories
-one arm lift for installation and changing of molds
-bamboo pallets (about 1600 pcs) for blocks to be produced on until be cubed away after be cured.

Comparing with other production lines, this production line needs the lowest equipment investment, with machinery bought from our company, customer can produce blocks and doesn't need to prepare any other equipments. The installation, commission and personnel training needs about 2 weeks.

All PLC controlling equipments and the mixer, and the 2 handle trollies and 3 wheel trollies will be provided by our company.
