Rigid PS Film: Polystyrene Film

Thermoforming Grade/ Stationery Grade/ Box Grades
Application: Fruit and Food Containers, Clamshells, Folders, Folding Boxes, variety of stationery applications
Thickness: 0.2mm to 2.0mm(8 gauge to 78 gauge)
Width: 45cm to 82cm(17.7 inch to 32.2 inch)
Roll Size: 27cm to 100cm(10.6 inch to 39 inch) roll diameter
Color: Clear and custom matched colors
Embossing: Various style available
Silicon Coating: None, Medium, Heavy
Special Note: Can be made clear, translucent and opaque

Antistatic Grade
Specially designed for antistatic packing application to hold products that is sensitive to static discharge. These packaging boxes are typically used to hold CPU, hard drive, IC chips. It is also used for assembly trays for electronic components.
Application: Antistatic Clamshell, Blisters.

Packaging:
1. 3'' or 6'' paper core will be used
2. Each roll will be wrapped with a PE Stretch film or PE Strech wrap(depends on roll OD)
3. Rolls will be loaded on required wooden pallet spec
4. Each package will be reinforced with stretch film and plastic ties
