Soft (Flexible) PVC Film/Sheet
Product Type: Soft PVC/ PE/ PEVA/ EVA film, PVC Sponge, PVC & PE Strech Film
Application: Inflatable products, Printing, Bags, Protective films, Anti-static films, Stretch & Wrap films, Architectural materials, Curtains, Raincoats
Thickness: 0.05mm to 6.0mm; MRQ is 1 ton of each sepc.
Length: Max. Length is 1, 500m
Width: 200cm max(72"), 182cm typical, smaller than 36cm cost extra
PHR: 26 to 60 Standard PHR; 21 to 26 PHR cost extra; 60 to 80PHR cost extra
Sepcification Range:
- Can be made for specfic requirements, such as: Anti-UV formula, Anti-Static formula, EN-71(low toxic) formula, Anti-Mildew formula, DINP(low toxic) formula, Fire Resistance formula...Etc
- Film could be powdered if required
Color/ Embossing/ Finish:
- Standard PVC is blue color or green color tinted. Choose color when placing order.
- Standard color cost the same, Neon color cost extra.
- Embossing cost the same. Need customers to send embossing sample to verify.
- Embossing is produced by pressing embossed metal roller onto the film.
- Custom embossing can be done, and need to make new roller and charge extra.
- 3 different finish grades could be choosen: Super clean, high pressure clear, standard clear; Thickness above 0.5mm is alwyas super clear filnish
Packaging:
- Standard packaging is 3" or 2" plastic core, super clear finish will use white paper core with
- PVC wrapping outside of the roll
- Loading with no pallet(Pallet, Box or craft paper, sponge paper packaging cost extra)
