Diode Pump Laser Marking Machine (PEDB-300) is used for high precision marking on small products. 1). Taking diode pump solid laser device as the light source, 2D fast-speed scanning lenses is swing as the scheduled angles under the controlling of the computer. The laser focuses on the surface of the work piece by F-lenses to form images and realize marking and graph processing.
2). By applying the national advanced semiconductor pump technology, it has the high-rate of photoelectric conversion.
3). Using fast-speed scan lens, it can scan the graph in shortest time & finish fine marking process.
4). No consumables, Free-maintenance. The operation cost is low.
5). The beam module is good and can reach the perfect artificial efficient which the traditional YAG pump laser machine can not reach.
6). The system has stable performance.
