Product Description

NCJ-C Modification Type Capsule Filling Machine is new medical packing machinery with novel structure and artistic molding. It adopts mini computer speed-adjusting equipment, and to be controlled by the electric and pneumatic, equips electron automatic counting device.
It can respectively finish the different processes separately such as arrangement, separating, filling, locking and etc. Which reduce labor intensity, improve production efficiency, raise the accuracy of filling dosage. The machine meet with GMP standard.
This product is composed of sending capsule, arranging capsule and separation mechanism, medicines filling mechanism, tight locking mechanism, mini computer speed-adjusting mechanism, pneumatic and electric control system, protective equipment, vacuum pump, air pump accessories etc.
It is suitable for both the domestic and imported capsules; Certificated rate is more than 97%.
