High precision prisms include Penta Prisms, beamsplitter penta prisms, right angle prisms, Wedge Prisms, Roof Prisms, Dove Prisms and corner cubes.

Penta prism:
Material: BK7 grade A optical glass or other optical glass upon requests
Dimension tolerance: +/-0.1mm
90 deg deviation tolerance: From 3arcsec to 5arcmin, based on different requirements
Flatness: Labmda/2 (standard), Lambda/4 (high precision) at 633nm or upon requests
Reflectivity: R>95% per face at 400-700nm
Surface quality: 60-40, 40-20 or 20/10 scratch and dig
Coating on input and output sides: Uncoated or AR coating

Right angle prism:
Material: BK7 grade A, fused silica or other optical glass upon requests
Dimension tolerance: +0.0, -0.2mm
Clear aperture: >80%
Angle tolerance: 10arcsec to 5arcmin
Flatness: Labmda/2, Lambda/4 or Lambda/8 at 633nm
Surface quality: 60-40, 40/20 or 20/10 scratch and dig
Bevel: 0.2mm to 0.5mm
Coating: Uncoated or AR/HR/PR coated upon requests

Corner cube:
Material: BK7 grade A, fused silica or other optical glass
Dimension tolerance: +0.0/-0.2mm
Clear aperture: >80%
Deviation: 180 deg +/-3arcsec +/-15arcsec
Flatness: Lambda/4 on big surface, Lambda/10 on other surfaces
Surface quality: 60-40, 40/20 scratch and dig
Wavefront distortion: Lambda/2 at 633nm
Bevel: 0.2mm to 0.5mm
Coating on input and output sides: Uncoated or AR coated upon requests
