QA/QC Introduction
We have been following a principle of "high quality, good credit and outstanding achievement" since 2006, and have built up a complete management system in accordance with international standards.
Our QC department has established internal standards for research and development, material inspection, production processes, inspection and after-sales services. This internal standard is basing on the ISO9001 standard, which we also have been certified for.
Quality management system values:
1) Prevention:
a) Inspect and control the entire research and production process
b) Realize the goal of zero defects
2) Constant improvement: regular and ongoing business and customer service related training
3) Responsible management: train all staff on quality management ideology, the importance of high quality and provide an environment conducive to innovation, creativity and intelligence
4) Customer satisfaction:
a) Comply with customers’ product package design requirements
b) Begin mass production only after receiving confirmation from our customers
c) Build up a customers services system to provide the highest level of services and solid technical support
