Cixi City Hangzhou Bay Bearings Co., Ltd. Who are PLB?
In 1992, Mr. Zhiwei Chen established "Cixi Pei Ling Bearing Factory" and start produce miniature and small deep groove ball bearing.
In 1998, in order to upgrade its product quality and product identity, Mr. Chen applied for PLB trademark registration, it was root in the initial of "Pei Ling Bearing".
In 2000, with the great growth of business, we changed the name to "Cixi City Hangzhou Bay Bearings Co., Ltd. ". At this year, we smooth passed ISO9000: 2000 Cert. And become OEM supplier for QC bearing(China Wanxiang Group).
In 2006, we brought automatic grinding and assembling production lines for Electric Motor Quality ball bearing and application for home appliances motors, power tools, other electric motors.
In 2009, we passed ISO/TS-16949 audit and start enter automotive industry. In current, we have supply CHANGHE SUZUKI Motor and JIALING Motorcycle.
Now, our main product has 1) electric motor quality ball bearing, 2) auto alternator bearing, 3) auto lifting jack bearing, 4) bicycle ball bearing, 5) self-aligning ball bearing, 6) thrust ball bearing, 7) double-row angular contact ball bearing, 8) customized (non-standard size) ball bearing.
Beside the above main product, we also can supply our customer of 1) metric and inch tapered roller bearing, 2) needle roller bearing, 3) insert bearing UC series, 4) mounted bearing UCP / UCPA / UCT / UCF / UCFC / UCFL / SBPP / SBPF / SBPFL series, 5) linear motion ball bearing, 6) rod-end bearing, 7) chain / crank guide roller bearing, 8) sliding bearing, 9) Self-lubrication hybrid bearing etc.
