Product Description

Precision Magnets are the featured products in China Precision Magnets & Magnetic Products Corp, they include deep hole and very thin wall ring magnets which is widely used for micro-motor, optical communication, clocks and some other fields, usually the material are in SmCo magnets, also ferrite magnets, are processed after precision incising, grinding and drilling into micro hole process.

Samarium Cobalt is one of the best of magnetic materials, which holds its standard property in higher maximum temperatures than NdFeB magnets, although its maximum magnetic force is less than NdFeB. The cost of SmCo material is the most expensive, so SmCo is recommended only when its performance is a high temperature environment is a concern.

*Very high magnetic properties with good stability.
*Superior resistance to high temperature, Curie temperature of majority is over 800 centigrade
*Excellent corrosion resistance capability, no coating is needed for surface protection.
