SURFACE STRESS METER FSM-6000LE

ThisFSM-6000LE is developed for measuring surface stress of glass with PC. Chemical and thermal tempering is increasing the areas of glass application in most of industries. The optical waveguide effect in the surface layer of temperd glass is a useful tool for measuring surface stress for quality and process control purposes.

FSM-6000LE suitable for measuring chemical and heating glass, automatic detection through a computer. Detection of the man-made computers to reduce the error. Under normal circumstances, complex testing needs to come to the calculation of stress, but the automatic measurement of not only save time, computer products, are preserved by the relevant inspection data.
The lamp life has been prolonged to 10, 000HR(the original one is 500HR)
