Product Description

1. Brief introduction of product
Coaler-A13 road surface crack embedding machine mainly used for the sealing and replacing in cement road surface flex crack and working crack. It takes a integration of melted materials, heat preservation, boosting, output function reasonable. The design flexible and small, meeting the requirement of cement road surface embedding totally.

2. Structure
The equipment composed by melted kettle, melted heating board, heat preservation heating board, oil pump, circle electric heating feeding-tube, electromotor, electric control system, temperature control system, flux regulating valve, directive wheel and lifter.

3. Heating way
Heating by electric heating board. Melted kettle divided into two layers of melted and heat preservation. The material set to work when the heat preservation after melted. Heat preservation heating board ensures the normal crack filling temperature of the material in order to achieve the filling by material pump to the feeding-tube. Material pump and the feeding-tube all have heating device, to avoid the material condensation phenomena in the lower temperature.
